We are looking for a skilled Senior Coder to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad II. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding and experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using expertise in coding systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate coding compliance.
- Develop and implement effective coding processes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to junior coders on best practices.
