We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support our sales team by generating qualified leads, engaging with prospective clients, and coordinating the initial stages of the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and online research.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and update customer information, lead status, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales, design,
and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and introductory company information when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
