Client Care Associate / Recruitment Associate (US HomeCare BPO)

Who We Are:

We are hiring for our sister firm, VCCM - Virtual Client Care Management, vccm.ai, at their new office on Road No. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyd.

We exclusively serve the US Home Care Industry, in verticals that can be outsourced, like Scheduling, Customer Service, HR, Recruitment, Payroll / Billing, Analytics, etc.

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our growing BPO team supporting the US Home Care industry. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who have robust English communication skills and are looking to build a career in an international business environment.

Selected candidates will be placed in one of the following roles based on business requirements and their strengths:

Client Care Associate

- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and internal teams in the United States.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Coordinate schedules and resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards.

Recruitment Associate

- Source and screen candidates for caregiver positions.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases and documentation.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior BPO, customer service, recruitment, healthcare, or international voice process experience will be given preference.
- Strong academic performance is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Must showcase maturity, punctuality and professionalism.
- Clear pronunciation and confident communication.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
- Good typing speed.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Work Schedule

- Primarily US shift (night shift).
- 9hr shifts / 5 day week.
- Candidates must be flexible to work on different schedules and days based on client requirements.
- Will require a two-month training from our Old City head office. Transport may be provided to eligible candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary: 18,000 - 22,000 (based on skills, qualifications, and experience).
