Roles and Responsibilities

- Knowledge of SF6 Gas Circuit breaker, Instrument transformers CT, CVT, IVT and LA
- Expertise in handling EHV site services including Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Troubleshooting
- Shall have valuable customer understanding and communication skills
- Shall be able to handle critical site conditions and shall be able to manage the installation timelines
- Sound technical knowledge of EHV Switchgear products, Shall be conversant with Erection, Testing, Commissioning and troubleshooting of EHV switchgear equipments
- Provide technical support to client for erection testing and commissioning of EHV circuit breakers and Instrument transformers at various customer sites.
- Customer compliant registration, allocation and resolution
- Upscale the repair, overhauling and commissioning business

Participate in failure analysis of Switchgear product, provide containment action and participate with CFT teams for RCA and CAPA
