We are looking for a resourceful and driven qualified to join DESRI, based out of the firm s Hyderabad, India office. The successful candidate will be a part of a small, inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRI s portfolio of wind, solar and battery projects in an agile environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.

What you ll do day-to-day:

- Administer and support Sitetracker (Salesforce platform), including objects, flows/workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Manage and enhance in-house business applications, ensuring reliable data flows, reporting, and user experience
- Design, build, and maintain system integrations (APIs, data pipelines) across Sitetracker, in-house business applications, and other enterprise systems
- Partner with business teams (development, construction, asset management) to translate requirements into system solutions
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms through monitoring, validation, and governance
- Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors




- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across platforms
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows

Who we re looking for:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 6 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Applications, or platform support roles
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, including objects, flows, security models, and reporting; Salesforce certification is required.
- Experience working with or supporting Sitetracker or similar project/asset management platforms
- Proven experience with API-based integrations, Middlewares, REST APIs, JSON, and system interoperability
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns
- Basic proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting or working with in-house or custom-built business applications
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
- Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-driven environments is a plus
