Job Description:

Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Power BI Developer with robust expertise in dashboard development, data analytics, reporting solutions, and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, Databricks, Python, and data modeling to build scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and KPIs.
- Build data models, reusable measures, and DAX calculations.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Work with SQL and Databricks for data preparation and transformations.
- Create curated datasets for reporting and self-service analytics.




- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in BI, reporting, and data analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong SQL skills including complex queries and data modeling.
- Experience with Python for analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and reporting best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
