About the Role

Olectra Greentech Limited is seeking an experienced Treasury & Banking qualified to manage banking relationships, trade finance operations, working capital facilities, and treasury functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), banking documentation, and corporate banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle non-fund-based facilities including Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs).
- Manage working capital limits, renewals, enhancements, and banking documentation.
- Monitor utilization of fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
- Review sanction letters, facility agreements, and security documents.




- Coordinate with banks for limit renewals, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund management.
- Prepare MIS reports related to banking exposure, treasury operations, and LC/BG utilization.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Trade Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Hands-on experience in handling LC, BG, Working Capital Limits, Cash Credit, and Banking Documentation.
- Strong exposure to corporate banking and treasury operations.
