Responsibilities

1. Drive structured migration of technology, data, and operations functions with minimal disruption and controlled risk.
2. Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure successful transitions.
3. Ensure service continuity and reliable performance during and after transition phases.
4. Leverage automation, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
5. Design and implement technology and data infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data pipelines, security, and access controls.
