Job Description

Jyoro Technologies is looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for clinical and allied health roles from our Hyderabad office. You'll work directly with delivery leads and client stakeholders, own your requisitions from intake to offer, and help set the sourcing standard for the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Source through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal database mining using advanced Boolean strings
- Screen candidates on licensure, certifications, experience, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain ready pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill clinical roles
- Coordinate with account managers and clients on requirement intake, expectations, and closure timelines




- Maintain clean, updated data in the ATS and share regular pipeline and time-to-fill reports
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methods and candidate engagement
- Meet weekly submission, interview, and joining targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5+ years in recruitment, with minimum 3 years in healthcare / clinical staffing
- Consistent track record of hitting placement numbers in a target-driven setup
- Working knowledge of healthcare credentialing and licensure verification
- Hands-on with any standard ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Robust verbal and written communication in English
- Comfortable with on-site work in Hyderabad and open to US shift timings
