Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Pega Testing within the BPM Pega domain to ensure high quality delivery of Pega applications

Job Description

- Perform comprehensive testing of Pega applications including functional regression integration and system testing
- Develop and execute detailed test cases test scripts and test plans based on business requirements
- Validate Pega workflows case management and user interface components to ensure adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to understand Pega configurations and system design for effective test coverage
- Identify document and track defects using defect management tools and work closely with developers for resolution
- Conduct API testing and validate integration points such as REST and SOAP services within Pega applications
- Utilize debugging techniques and logs analysis to troubleshoot and verify defect fixes
- Participate in performance testing and support performance tuning activities related to Pega applications
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle

- Lead testing efforts for Pega projects ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and system architects.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency Review requirement documents and provide feedback to improve testability and clarity
- Mentor junior testing team members and share knowledge on Pega testing methodologies
- Proactively identify risks and issues related to testing and propose mitigation plans
- Participate actively in project meetings providing status updates and contributing to solution discussions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases defects and testing outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and tools within the Pega BPM context
