We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Civil Engineer to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise and large infrastructure projects, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage the overall construction operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from project initiation to completion
- Lead and manage the construction team, including engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Oversee execution of high-rise and large-scale building projects ensuring quality and safety standards
- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination with respective teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Prepare and review project reports,
drawings, and documentation
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech – Civil)
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction companies
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects
- Robust knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
- Experience in handling end-to-end construction activities
