Roles & Responsibilities:

- Program Delivery & Governance:
- Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives sponsored by Global Fund Administration & Oversight leadership.
- Support completion of remaining Centralization &; Harmonization workstreams, including coordination of activities transitioning into HYD.
- Maintain program plans, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, dependency maps, and action item follow-ups.
- Prepare concise status updates, leadership materials, and decision support for working groups and steering forums. Private Funds RFP & Operating Model Support.
- Support assessment of the current private funds operating model and related service provider landscape.
- Coordinate RFP workstreams, timelines, information requests, stakeholder inputs, and evaluation materials.
- Assist with analysis of vendor capabilities, operating model options, transition considerations, and business impacts.
- Prepare summary materials and recommendations for review by business leaders and accountable decision-makers.

- Transformation & Operating Model Coordination:

- Support development and implementation of future-state operating models and organizational designs.
- Document current-state processes, roles, controls, service delivery models, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, process improvement, automation, and scalable execution.
- Help translate leadership direction into practical workplans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with business leaders, regional teams, HYD teams, technology partners, and external service providers to coordinate project execution.

Facilitate working sessions, capture decisions, track open items, and ensure follow-through across workstreams.





Support communication planning and change management activities related to impacted teams and stakeholders.

Escalate risks, issues, and decision points in a timely and structured manner.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in asset management, fund administration, fund operations, consulting, program management, or business transformation.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders and multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of fund administration, outsourcing models, service provider oversight, or investment operations.
- Strong written communication, presentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into structured plans, deliverables, and decision materials.
- Experience with private funds, alternatives, LLCs, LPs, private credit, PE/VC, or similar structures.
- Experience supporting vendor assessments, RFPs, strategic sourcing, or service provider transition activities.
- Knowledge of outsourced fund accounting, reporting, custody, transfer agency, and oversight models.
- Experience with process automation, Power BI, workflow tools, AI-enabled operating models, or digital transformation initiatives.

Employment Type: Initial Contract period of 1 to 2 years (with possible extension / conversion to permanent based on the performance.)

Job Location - Hyderabad.
