Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. The role involves analyzing data, generating insights, creating reports, and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Use advanced Excel functions for reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Document processes and requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a research or analytical role is desirable.
