As SAP EHS/PLM Expert you will be part of the digital function, report directly to the Digital Tech Chapter Lead.

Your key responsibilities:

- Together with product development and compliance teams across various business units shape new opportunities, identify potential impact on (business) processes and translate them into digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and desired capabilities, understand the value to dsm-firmenich and provide constructive challenge where appropriate.
- Turn aligned requirements into clear user stories (why what) and collaborate with colleaguesand thedevelopment teams to ensure a successful deliveryof solutions.
- As part of successful solution delivery, accountable for executing the functional solution design considering customer user experience, target audiences, data modelling and relationships. This includes integration implications with other internal and external platforms, functional logic, etc.




- Collaborate closely with technical resources to determine the technical design in line with the functional solution design and understand the impact and implications of various solution options from business operations to technical performance ultimately presenting the options back to the business, providing a recommendation and gaining clear alignment with stakeholders.
- Key stakeholder management by setting expectations on development approach and timelines be able to identify key risks whether in design or during execution and collaborate and act with the broader team as required to mitigate risks and impacts.
- Guide the business stakeholders on successfully activating the solutions that have been designed.

You Bring:

- 5+ years working experience within a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment (Process Industry, Chemical, Healthcare, Consultancy, etc.).
- Multi-year experience with SAP EHS/PLM Product Compliance; excellent knowhow in WWI layouting; experience in 3E Product Safety and Dangerous Goods content management is desirable; knowledge in SVT is a plus.
- Knowledge in other SAP modules, ABAP and Fiori development skills, are a plus.
- A solid understanding of digital product development in the process industry.
- A solid understanding of IT infrastructure (network, middleware technology, cyber security aspects).
- Strong ability to own and drive initiatives.
- Customer-driven (outside-in); Satisfying customers through early and continuous delivery of valuable work.
- Familiarity or experience in agile way of working.Scrum methodology as a plus.
- Minimum bachelors degree with business or technical focus.
- Very valuable communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
