Key responsibilities include maintaining data quality, managing upstream/downstream dependency mapping, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and presenting insights via dashboards to leadership teams.
The role also involves handling ServiceNow BCM tickets and supporting the Technology Resilience and Critical Asset Defense functions to strengthen the organizations data loss prevention and business continuity posture.
