Role: Support the Operations team by monitoring store CCTV footage, identifying operational issues, and sharing daily observations for corrective action.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer service, waiting time, and staff behavior.
- Observe cashier operations and billing compliance.
- Track order preparation and timely order handover.
- Monitor kitchen operations,



hygiene, and food preparation.
- Review takeaway and delivery order handling.
- Check food wastage and discard activities.
- Observe staff discipline, productivity, and workplace conduct.
- Monitor cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.
- Identify CCTV camera coverage or visibility issues.
- Prepare and submit daily CCTV monitoring reports.

Eligibility

- Intermediate (10+2) or Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive observation and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to work from the Corporate Office.
