Acts as the primary contact for all Procure-to-Pay (P2P) matters, handling Level 1 escalations, blocked invoices, and exceptions while ensuring smooth purchasing, timely delivery, invoice processing, and GR/IR reconciliation. The role monitors transactions, resolves issues through root cause analysis, drives process improvements, and provides foreign language support and training to ensure compliance and effective use of procurement systems. It also coordinates closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams to maintain efficient P2P operations.

Your keyresponsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact and escalation for all end-to-end P2P matters, bridging internal stakeholders, suppliers, finance, sourcing, and business units.
- Resolve blocked invoices, urgent payments, GR/IR reconciliation issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Lead operational meetings and training sessions, provide process guidance, and maintain solid gatekeeping standards for procurement channels and vendor selection.
- Manage vendor and internal tickets, supplier communications, independent verifications,



quarterly maintenance activities, and payment-related queries.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and implement automation initiatives to enhance transactional accuracy, workflow efficiency, and overall P2P performance.

You bring:

- 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing and/or accounts payable, with strong hands-on exposure to P2P systems and purchasing applications.
- University degree or equivalent higher education, with a commercial education and business-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles (2+ years) and working effectively across diverse organizational structures and multiple hierarchy levels.
- In-depth knowledge of P2P functional processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, and master data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
