- Proven experience in handling H1B transfers, H4-EAD, GC, and citizens
- Understand the candidate's skill set, visa status, and career aspirations.
- Post job requirements on Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate details.
- Achieve weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends and hiring needs.
- Solid background in working with direct client positions
- Keep in regular contact with candidates and guide them through to the end
- Familiarity with project transfers.
