Job Summary:

Looking for a Lead Cybersecurity with robust expertise in the Microsoft Security ecosystem. Candidate will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft security solutions, with primary focus on Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Experience with AI-driven security solutions such as Microsoft Security Copilot, Agent 365, or similar AI security technologies is a strong advantage. Exposure to other leading security platforms is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Security solutions across enterprise environments.
- Drive deployments of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview.
- Design SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and identity security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Lead security assessments and migrations.
- Build detection strategies, automation, and incident response capabilities using Microsoft security technologies.
- Engage with customers during discovery workshops, solution design, and technical presentations.




- Evaluate and implement AI-powered security capabilities, including Microsoft Security Copilot, Agent 365 governance, and AI security best practices.

Required Skills

- 6 - 8 years of cybersecurity experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Security technologies.
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Data governance, Data classification, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, and Data Security.
- Experience with KQL, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Logic Apps, Azure Monitor Agent (AMA), and Data Collection Rules (DCR).
- Good understanding of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST, CIS, and Zero Trust.
- Strong customer-facing, solution design, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Microsoft Security Copilot, Agent 365, AI governance, or other AI-driven security solutions.
- Experience with third-party security solutions such as Splunk, QRadar, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Zscaler, Cisco, or Check Point.
- Exposure to automation and Infrastructure as Code using PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Experience in managed security services, MSSP, or MXDR environments.

- SC-100 Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer
