1.Responsible to follow GLP/GDP practices and Compliance of allotted work in QC laboratory of Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited, Kothur.

2.Responsible to manage sample flow for product samples, stability samples, miscellaneous samples, trial batches etc. in the department.

3.Responsible to get periodical trainings on testing methods, relevant SOPS, cGMP safety policies and involve in method verification experiments based on the requirement.

4.Responsible to ensure, timely updating completion of self analyst qualification on testing methods.

5.Responsible for temperature monitoring, cleaning of equipments/instruments recording of respective user log books in QC labs.

6.Responsible for calibration of instruments like analytical balance, pH meter, etc., and ensure periodical calibration/preventive maintenance of equipments being used in biochemical, immunochemical and cell-based assays in QC labs.

7.Learn and perform biochemical,



immunochemical and cell-based assay test methods for Albumin and IVIG products and deliver results as per the schedules.

8.Timely completion of test records of test methods. Timely updating Preparation records of buffers and reagents used in QC biochemical, immunochemical and cell-based assays.

9.Responsible for reagents / chemicals / standards / consumable / utilities receiving, labelling, proper maintenance, consumption records listing of procurements requirements.

10.Responsible for preparation of documents in department.
