1.Responsible to follow GLP practices in QC product testing laboratory of Hetero Plasma Sciences Private Limited, Kothur.

2.Get periodical training on test methods. Involve in method verification experiments based on the requirement.

3.Monitor area cleaning, work bench cleaning and equipment cleaning in QC instrumentation and electrophoresis laboratories.

4.Responsible for calibration of analytical balance, pH meter and ensure periodical calibration of equipments being used in instrumentation and electrophoresis laboratories.

5.Manage sample flow in the department as per need.

6.Learn and perform instrumentation, electrophoresis based test methods for Albumin and IVIG products and deliver results as per the schedules.





7.Update test records for test methods conducted in QC instrumentation and electrophoresis laboratories. Submit the records to reviewer for review.

8.Ensure completion of records for preparation of buffers and reagents used in respective experiments.

9.List out the reagents / chemicals / standards / consumable requirements and submit to reviewer for ordering.

10.Updating of pharmacopeial methods/guidelines in respective test area.
