Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a good understanding of the US hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Maintain and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies,



job market trends, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Robust experience with US IT sourcing and candidate screening.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice is preferred.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Understanding of US time zones, contract/contract-to-hire/full-time hiring models.
- Strong knowledge of technical requirements and IT technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with proven experience in US IT Staffing.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in US shifts.
