Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence while driving qualified leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.

Manage and improve SEO to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.

Drive Instagram growth through organic digital marketing strategies to increase profile visits, followers, and engagement.

Improve the resort's Google Business Profile by increasing visibility, managing reviews, and enhancing local search rankings.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ROI across all digital channels.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to execute digital campaigns.

Track website performance, landing pages, and conversion rates using analytics tools.





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page & off-page) and local SEO.

Experience in growing social media accounts organically.

Valuable understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and lead generation.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or luxury lifestyle industry.

Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle performance marketing, SEO, social media growth, Google Business Profile optimization, and overall digital marketing to strengthen the online presence of the brand while consistently generating quality leads.
