- Overall 5-10 years of good experience with Operation Maintenance/ Services
- Good exposure to Execution and other management work
- Extensive and positive command of water supply/Sanitization/WTP/STP water project
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems manage the team according to that.

- Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities (person should be a leader)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with good presentation skills.
