Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transport Management (TM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP TM implementation, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration, ABAP developments related to TM, integration with SAP logistics modules, and end-to-end transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support SAP TM solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS support.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Perform SAP TM configuration for:
- Freight Order Management
- Freight Booking
- Transportation Planning
- Charge Management
- Carrier Selection
- Freight Settlement
- Transportation Cockpit

- Develop and review functional and technical design documents.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Perform debugging and technical analysis for SAP TM issues.
- Integrate SAP TM with:

- SAP EWM
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP EM/GTT

- Work on APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, OData services, and EDI interfaces.
- Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.





Required Skills

- 6+ years of SAP experience with at least 3–5 years in SAP TM.
- Solid experience in SAP TM configuration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Freight Planning
- Freight Settlement
- Carrier Selection
- Charge Calculation
- Transportation Execution

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM.
- Good knowledge of SAP ABAP concepts for debugging and enhancement coordination.
- Experience with:

- BAdIs
- Enhancements
- User Exits
- BRF+
- PPF
- Fiori Applications

- Experience in SAP TM integration with SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.
- Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, RFCs, OData, and Web Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP TM on S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Event Management (EM) or Global Track & Trace (GTT).
- SAP TM Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SAP TM Certification is preferred.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Logistics domains.
- Exposure to cloud integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Experience in global implementation projects and AMS support.
