About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution of interior fit-out, signage, branding, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and delivering projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in Interior Fit-outs, Architecture, Civil Construction, Commercial Interiors, Retail Projects, Signage, or Design & Build companies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution for interior, signage, branding, and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, production teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure the availability of required resources at the site.
- Supervise installation of furniture, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, branding elements, and signage.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate with the design and production teams for any modifications.




- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company execution guidelines.
- Identify site challenges and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
- Monitor contractor productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists before project handover.
- Coordinate final project completion, client walkthroughs, and successful handover.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in interior fit-outs, commercial interiors, construction, retail projects, signage, or design & build execution.
- Experience handling multiple project sites is preferred.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, structural, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of interior materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with site measurements, BOQs, and quantity verification.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
