Role: SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant

Experience: 6 - 15 Years

Rel Exp: 3 to 4 in the countries

Location: Hyderabad/Remote

Shift Timings: 1PM-10 PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days

Role:

SAP Payroll Implementation/Support Consultant - Romanian/Brazil/Chile/Denmark/French/Turkey/Germany/Netherlands/ Colombia/Austria/ Portuguese.

Activities under your Responsibilities

- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

What we are looking for





- Bachelors or masters degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
- 6+ successful HCM Implementations/Support
- In-depth knowledge of Romanian/Brazil/Chile/Denmark/French/Turkey/Germany/Netherlands/ Colombia/Austria/Portuguese payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
- Must be good at PCR, Schema, Time management, off cycle payroll.
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
- Fluent in English. Local language is a strong plus. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, team-oriented mindset

Education Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
