Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with expertise in JMeter and/or LoadRunner to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance engineering, workload modeling, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
Create and maintain test scripts using JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using monitoring tools.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
Participate in performance planning and capacity planning activities.




Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
Solid hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, Web Services, and Web Applications.
Experience in workload modeling, test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, or similar.
Strong SQL skills for backend validation.
Experience with Linux/Unix commands.
Good understanding of JVM, memory utilization, CPU, and network performance metrics.
Experience with Jenkins, Git, or other CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
