- Manage residential villa projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues for prompt resolution.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Job Requirements :
- 15-21 years of experience in real estate development or property management.
