Job Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare requirements.
- Recruit for domains such as Financial Services, Pharma, Engineering, and Utility.
- Handle MSP/VMS requirements and maintain SLA-driven delivery.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to fulfill client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 38 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Hands-on experience in IT, Non-IT, or Healthcare recruitment.
- Mandatory: Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Experience recruiting for Financial Services, Pharma, Engineering, or Utility domains.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099, Full-Time).
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using ATS/CRM tools such as CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting submission and placement targets.
