- Design, develop, and execute test cases with minimal supervision.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across ERP applications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Development teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure test coverage for critical business workflows and data validations.
Required Skills
- 4-6 years of Software Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing ERP applications.
- Strong understanding of business modules such as:
- Inventory Management
- Allocation
- Batches
- Sales
- Procurement
- Production
- Finance
- General Ledger (GL)
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to create and execute test scenarios independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent team player with a cooperative mindset.
