Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering or similar role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
- Robust understanding of human capital management principles, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders across various functions.
