Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Supervision / Operations

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse executives, Packaging staff, associates, and contract workers.
- Prepare daily manpower planning and shift allocation.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor order turnaround time and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices related to dispatch.
- Maintain documentation related to receiving, dispatch, inventory, and returns.
- Handle urgent and priority orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.




- Monitor stock movements and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).

- Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for material receipt, storage, and inventory management.
- Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders and inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions using FIFO method.
- Monitor stock levels and optimize storage space to minimize waste.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
- Train and mentor staff on warehouse processes and safety practices.
- Conduct daily shift meetings and performance reviews.
- Inspect inbound and outbound products for quality compliance.
- Ensure correct packaging and labeling standards.
- Segregate damaged, expired, or non-conforming products.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce operational errors.

Preferred candidate profile
