We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce domain expertise to join our Lead-to-Cash team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Cash processes including CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

This is a client-facing role requiring someone who can independently engage with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, drive solution discussions, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and story refinement sessions
- Create business process flows, functional specifications, and solution documentation
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Drive UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-offs
- Demonstrate completed functionality to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
- Identify risks, dependencies,



and blockers proactively and communicate them effectively
- Act as the functional bridge between business and technical teams.
