Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to manage, maintain, and enhance ATOM(NBP) platform that support critical business and operational functions. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability of ATOM Application which was built on OSM Platform

Robust DBA knowledge to maintain backend databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.

The position involves troubleshooting application and database issues, implementing enhancements, optimizing system performance, automating operational tasks, and ensuring adherence to coding, deployment, and operational standards. The role also collaborates with operations, infrastructure, and development teams to support ongoing improvements, ensure system stability, and deliver scalable and efficient automation and reporting solutions aligned with business requirements.

Technical Knowledge:

- Knowledge on Oracle OSM Platform
- Strong database knowledge in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
- Experience in SQL queries, database support, and performance tuning
- Good working knowledge of Linux systems and shell commands
- Basic knowledge of web servers, APIs, and application deployments
- Automation Skills are preferred

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in application support, automation, or development
- Experience managing in-house portals, automation tools, and reports
- Experience working in Linux production environments
- Telecom / OSS / enterprise application experience is preferred
