Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) + Travel Allowance

We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented Interior Site Supervisor who can ensure timely, high-quality project execution while coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and skilled labor.

Job Summary

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of interior projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to drawings, project timelines, safety standards, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, contractor management, and material planning.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Execute projects according to approved drawings and BOQs.
- Ensure work is completed within project timelines.
- Maintain excellent workmanship and finishing standards.
- Monitor daily work progress.

Coordination

Coordinate with:

- Interior Designers
- Project Managers
- Carpenters
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- False Ceiling Teams
- Painters
- Fabricators
- Modular Furniture Vendors
- Glass Vendors
- Stone Vendors
- Hardware Suppliers

Site Planning

- Prepare daily work schedules.
- Plan manpower requirements.
- Allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure smooth workflow between different trades.
- Resolve site-level execution issues.

Quality Control

Inspect and verify:

- Electrical work

- Supervise subcontractors.
- Ensure vendor productivity.
- Verify completed work.
- Maintain discipline at site.
- Resolve execution conflicts.

- Experience managing labour teams
