Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support global Life Sciences in its AI-led Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) transformation. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology by translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions, while enabling AI-driven software delivery. The candidate should possess robust Life Sciences domain knowledge, experience in enterprise application development, AI/ML awareness, and expertise in Agile product delivery. Role and responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, design thinking exercises, and process mapping with business and technology teams.




- Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support AI-PDLC adoption by identifying opportunities to leverage AI for requirement analysis, documentation, process optimization, and business decision-making.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and AI/ML teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Define business rules, process improvements, and solution recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, change management, and release readiness.
- Ensure requirements traceability and compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and CSV principles.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and product delivery.
