Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage the complete recruitment process, and preferably experience with business development or client outreach.

Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
* Understand client requirements and identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate skills, experience, and availability.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and potential clients.




* Support business development activities including lead generation and client outreach.

Required Qualifications

* 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
* Experience with US staffing is a strong advantage.
* Healthcare or Construction recruitment experience is preferred.
* Business Development / Lead Generation experience is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and recruitment platforms.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Comfortable working US EST hours.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Good communication skills and ability to work with US clients and candidates.

Experience in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate relationships preferred.

Knowledge of US staffing, healthcare, construction, or IT recruitment is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in US EST time zone.
