Role Summary Production & Manufacturing We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control qualified to manage end-to-end quality control for doors and windows products from raw material inspection through to final certification. The role ensures products meet company, safety, and regulatory standards while working closely with production, installation, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities Inspection Across Production Stages • Conduct quality control inspections at every stage of the production cycle: raw material inspection, inward (incoming goods) inspection, in-line inspection, final quality check (FQC), and CCGI certification • Perform dimensional checks (including diagonal measurements for squareness), visual inspection of frames, hardware, locks, and plastic/PVC components • Inspect sealant/silicone application to ensure uniform, gap-free finishing on all units • Verify raw materials (profiles, glass, hardware, sealants) meet specification before they enter production Compliance & Standards • Ensure all products comply with company quality standards, industry regulations, and applicable certification requirements (e.g., CCGI) • Stay current with relevant codes and standards for door/window manufacturing and installation • Support internal and external quality audits and certification processes Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with production, design, procurement,



and installation teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive resolution • Provide structured feedback to production and installation teams on recurring defects or non-conformities • Coordinate with the installation team on final pre-handover inspections to ensure customer-ready quality Process Improvement • Develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and checklists to improve product reliability and reduce defect rates • Recommend and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for systemic issues • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting customer satisfactionDocumentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inspection results, test data, and QC documentation • Prepare inspection reports and defect logs for traceability and audit purposes • Track quality metrics (defect rates, rework, rejection rates) and report trends to management Required Skills & Qualifications • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production Engineering, or related field • Proven experience in Quality Control, specifically within doors and windows manufacturing or installation • Working knowledge of door/window components — frames, glazing, hardware, locks, seals — and common manufacturing defects • Familiarity with QC methodologies, inspection tools (calipers, diagonal tape, feeler gauges), and certification processes (CCGI or equivalent) • Strong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work Preferred • Experience with uPVC/aluminum window systems • Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems •
