1. Strong proficiency in Golang
2. Valuable understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP/functional concepts
3. Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture
4. Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go
5. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
6. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
7. Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and benchmarking
8. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
9. Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS
