Position Summary
Seeking a Senior & Junior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close activities, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with onshore accountants to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and month-end close activities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial transactions.
- Support audits and maintain robust internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Mentor junior bookkeeping staff and ensure quality deliverables.




- Utilize accounting software and Excel for reporting and workflow management.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GL accounting, and reconciliations.
- Experience with full-cycle accounting close.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

- CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
- Experience mentoring team members and improving accounting processes.
