Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries only (walk-ins, leads, referrals, digital enquiries)
- Counsel clients on:
- Work Permits
- PR Visas
- Tourist Visas
- Other immigration-related products
- Understand client profiles and suggest the right visa/product as per eligibility
- Explain process flow, documentation, timelines, and pricing clearly
- Follow up with interested clients and close sales
- Maintain proper CRM records and client documentation
- Coordinate with the backend/processing team for smooth case execution

Key Requirements

- Experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy preferred
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Ability to build trust and handle client objections professionally
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
