Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and review highway geometry, pavement, drainage, and structural designs in accordance with MoRTH, IRC, NHAI, and relevant international standards.
- Develop engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications for highways, bridges, culverts, flyovers, and retaining structures.
- Coordinate with survey, geotechnical, traffic, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Review design submissions, shop drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support to construction teams and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Perform quantity estimation, material optimization,



and value engineering to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and quality management standards.
- Monitor design schedules, maintain engineering documentation, and prepare technical reports and design deliverables.
- Identify engineering risks, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend practical and economical design improvements.
- Support tender engineering, technical proposals, and successful project delivery by ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of design activities.
