Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Policy Servicing Associate to manage policy documentation, servicing workflows, and coordination between internal teams, clients, and finance companies. The role involves handling policy-related documents, monitoring daily activity reports, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of servicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract signed SL forms, declination details, and declination forms from daily activity reports, and upload them to the respective policy folders in SharePoint.
- Process Notices of Cancellation (NOC) and Notices of Reinstatement (NOR) according to established workflows.
- Verify premiums on Notices of Finance (NOF) against invoices and report discrepancies to the finance company.
- Review and respond to miscellaneous insurance-related emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize policy documents and client files in SharePoint.
- Monitor daily activity reports to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with finance companies and internal teams to resolve policy servicing issues.
- Ensure timely processing of policy servicing tasks while meeting established turnaround times.
- Receive tax reports in PDF format,



extract required data fields, and accurately update the information in Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience in insurance policy servicing, back-office operations, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and PDF data extraction tools.
- Good written communication skills for email correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines/turnaround times.
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology (SL forms, NOC, NOR, NOF) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Commercial Insurance coverages, including Commercial General Liability (CGL), Commercial Property, Business Owners Policy (BOP), Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Inland Marine, Skilled Liability, and related policy servicing processes.
- Experience working with insurance agency management systems (AMS) and comparative rating platforms, such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or similar client management systems and raters.
