- Design and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies, safety procedures, and emergency response plans
- Conduct hazard identification, job safety analyses, and implement preventive control measures
- Perform routine site audits to monitor compliance with local and international standards
- Lead root-cause analyses for any workplace incidents, tracking corrective actions through to closure.
- Oversee safety orientations, drills, and behavioral safety campaigns to mentor staff and contractors.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report performance metrics to senior leadership and clients
