We are seeking an experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to lead the creation of high-quality photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and animations for luxury architectural and interior design projects. Responsibilities

- Lead the production of photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visual concepts from schematic stages to final presentations.
- Prepare detailed mood boards, material boards, and lighting setups to support project narratives.
- Mentor junior visualizers and guide best practices in visualization workflows.




- Maintain organized render libraries, project files, and asset databases.
- Stay current with the latest industry software, techniques, and trends to push creative boundaries.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, lighting, material mapping, and camera settings for realistic rendering.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ability to lead visualization teams and provide creative direction.

Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, preferably in a consultancy or design studio workplace.
