Role : Manager - Banking Collections (Operations) - Hyderabad
Role & responsibilities :
- The role involves overseeing the End-to-End collection operations.
- Candidate should have experience in both Field and Tele calling, Client Handling, managing team performance, driving collection targets, handling escalations, Recruitment and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Candidates with 6+ years of experience in banking/BPO collections and solid team handling skills are preferably from the Credit Card Background.
