Experience:

- IPDRG Medical Coder: Minimum 1 Year of relevant IPDRG coding experience
- IPDRG Quality Analyst (QA): Minimum 5 Years of relevant IPDRG coding/QA experience

Qualification:Any Graduation

Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (Any One Mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 2 Months Notice Period Accepted

Salary:

- IPDRG Medical Coder: Up to 13 LPA
- IPDRG Quality Analyst (QA): Up to 14 LPA

Mandatory Requirement:Relieving Letter is Mandatory

Job Description:

IPDRG Medical Coder:

- Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes.




- Ensure accurate DRG assignment based on clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and internal teams for documentation clarification when required.

Quality Analyst (QA):

- Audit coded inpatient medical records for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to coding teams.
- Monitor quality metrics and maintain client-defined accuracy standards.
- Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and regulatory guidelines.
