About the Role

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can help us grow our organic presence and generate high-quality leads. If you enjoy building SEO strategies that drive real business results not just rankings this role is for you.

As a product-based HRMS company, we want to connect with HR professionals and business leaders who are actively looking for solutions. You'll work closely with the content, product marketing, and engineering teams to improve search visibility, increase demo requests, and strengthen our online authority.

What You'll Do

* Plan and execute an SEO strategy that supports business growth and attracts qualified organic traffic.

* Create a content roadmap around HR topics such as payroll compliance, employee engagement, attendance management, leave tracking, and workforce automation.

* Research and target high-intent keywords that bring potential buyers to our website, including comparison, alternative, and solution-focused searches.

* Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and product pages for better crawlability, indexing, and search performance.

* Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall technical SEO health.

* Build high-quality backlinks through industry publications, HR communities, technology websites, and digital PR opportunities.

* Partner with the product marketing team to improve landing page performance by testing headlines, CTAs, and lead-generation forms.

* Track SEO performance using GA4,



Google Search Console, and SEO tools, with a focus on metrics that matterqualified leads, demo requests, and conversions.

* Use AI-powered SEO tools to streamline keyword research, content planning, and optimize content for AI-driven search experiences such as Google AI Overviews.

What We're Looking For

* 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years working in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or FinTech environment.

* Proven experience growing organic traffic that resulted in measurable business outcomes such as lead generation or demo bookings.

* Robust understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, canonical tags, structured data, schema markup, and URL management.

* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.

* Familiarity with connecting SEO performance to CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage.

* Ability to work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have

* Experience working with Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS products.

* Knowledge of the HR technology industry and HR terminology.

* Experience with local SEO for businesses operating across multiple locations.

* Familiarity with creating and optimizing comparison pages, competitor pages, and alternative solution pages.
