Key Responsibilities

Workday Payroll Implementation Support

Configure And Implement Workday Payroll Modules (Us/Global Payroll As Applicable)

Configure Earnings, Deductions, Tax Authorities, And Payroll Calculations

Manage Payroll Processing Cycles, Retro Calculations, And Year-End Activities

Perform Payroll Parallel Testing And Reconciliation

Ensure Statutory Compliance And Reporting

Paradox Integration

Integrate Paradox (Olivia Ai)



With Workday Hcm Payroll

Configure Apis, Web Services (Rest/Soap), And Middleware Integrations

Automate Candidate-To-Employee Data Flow Into Payroll

Validate Employee Onboarding Data For Payroll Accuracy

Troubleshoot Integration Errors And Monitor Interface Performance

Integrations Data Management

Develop And Maintain Workday Studio, Eib, Core Connectors

Design Inbound/Outbound Payroll Interfaces

Ensure Data Integrity Between Ats, Hcm, And Payroll

Support Third-Party Vendor Integrations (Banks, Benefits Providers, Tax Vendors)

Compliance Reporting
